Professional polishing of float glass and mirrors

Polishing is a technique of grinding glass edges in one of two ways: flat polish or pencil polish.

Pencil polish

The simplest and cheapest form of edge finish shaped like the letter “C”. Made on glass from 2 to 8mm thick, on edges of every shape as well as inner and outer arches. It can have matt or polish finish.

Flat polish

It is created while grinding glass edges in the shape of a trapeze. It is made only in straight lines and on glass from 3 to 12mm thick. It can be matt or polished.

For both types of polishing we use dedicated Bavelloni and Bovone machines.
