RUKE supports young musical talents
Puławy becomes a cradle of jazz every summer for many years now. The Jazz Workshop in Dom Chemika (local centre of culture) is the oldest European-scale project of this kind, which has been highly valued by the International Association for Jazz Education for many years. Every year, the staff comprises outstanding foreign guests as well as well-known Polish artists, including Maria Sadowska, Anna Maria Jopek and Michał Urbaniak. This year, during the final concert of the 47th International Jazz Workshops, we were honored to give this one-of-a-kind award to the most talented participant in the workshop. This was personally oversaw by RUKE CEO Sebastian Rus. 1000 PLN went to a very talented young man – Paul Rymuzy from Siedlce, who has been attending the workshop for the past three years to improve his skills as a bass guitarist. He is valued by the teachers not only for his incredible talent but also for his exceptional character and diligence. We are confident that the RUKE CEO’s Award will help Paweł in his further musical career.
